Spring pins, sometimes referred to as slotted pins, rolled pins or coiled rolled pins, are hollow, cylindrical tube-style press fit fasteners with chamfered ends. Due to the chamfered end, the pins can be inserted easily into the hole with a hammer or using automatic placement. After insertion, the plus tolerance of the pins results in a vibration-proof seating
Steel pins are strong and wear resistant. Pins with a black-phosphate or zinc-plated finish have an outer layer to protect the steel underneath from rust.
18-8 stainless steel pins offer a balance of strength and corrosion resistance.
316 stainless steel pins have the best corrosion resistance of our stainless steel pins, and are as strong as 18-8 stainless steel pins.
400 series stainless steel pins resist wear from abrasion and have some corrosion resistance.

A: T/T. For small order less than 1000USD, 100% in advance to reduce the bank charges. For order more than 1000USD, 30% in advance and balance before shipment.
